Clergyman of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, denied the claim in an announcement
The Federal Government has rejected a report by the United Nations, which guaranteed it paid an "expansive payoff" to anchor the arrival of the kidnapped Dapchi students.
Clergyman of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, denied the claim in an announcement on Thursday night.
He tested anybody with proof of such installment to distribute it.
"It isn't sufficient to state that Nigeria paid a payment, little or gigantic. There must be a decisive confirmation to help such claim. Without that, the claim remains what it is: a minor guess," the Minister was cited as saying in an announcement by his Special Adviser, Segun Adeyemi.
A United Nations report submitted to the Security Council had itemized how Boko Haram was subsidized and demonstrated that the installment of payment and the prevalence of money economy supported the psychological oppressors.
